Contract Manager

Description

FOCUS:
Working as part of a Contract Management Team under a Commercial Director in Kronberg i.Taunus
Legal education or business administration studies with deep knowledge of German civial law preferred
Experience in working with and understanding of complex international outsourcing contract
IT Expierence
Communication of contractual obligations in non-legal terms to internal business
Preparation of contract interpretation in alignment with the legal department
Set up and manage of contract change request processes
Set up and manage contractual issue/risk process
Set up and manage isubcontractors (multi-national)
Support of Contract Management Lead in Day-to-day adminstration of a
